Not much to say other than the Brisket Shoppe is THE BEST BBQ in Florida and to be honest it even knocks places in Texas out of the water ,every piece and ounce of each cut of meat was seasoned to perfection. The brisket, Beef Wagyu ribs, in house made sausage ,and pork ribs were all 10/10 and were tender and well seasoned I did not have to use or reach for any sauce as the meat was seasoned and flavorful.The sides were equally amazing the dirty rice, Mac and cheese, collard greens, and pinto beans were also all seasoned to perfection. The restaurant also had a wine bar and nice selection of local craft made beers it's a place you could go-and spend hours there eating and drinking with family and friends. The owner Danny was very friendly and welcoming as well he gave me a tour of the smokers and restaurants. Danny also came and spoke to every table while I was there so customer service is also a 10/10

Hands down some of the best BBQ I've had in the Tampa Bay area. We tried the brisket, Pulled pork & Sausage. All were fantastic. The sides were also amazing! Particularly loved the brisket fried rice since that was a little more unique option but all the corn/mac & cheese were also top tier. The place is a madhouse/slammed shortly after opening but they still were a well oiled machine that got us our food very quickly. Don't be surprised if they run out of items if you don't get there early enough. Would highly recommend checking these guys out!

The Brisket Shop is definitely a new favorite! 🤤🔥 It’s a laid-back, casual spot with phenomenal food. My husband absolutely LOVES the brisket! My son and I like to get a variety so we can try a little bit of everything. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is really cool, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. We’ll definitely be going back! ❤️

Absolutely amazing. Our group ate outside although indoor seating is available. One of the best meals I've ever had. We tried the Brisket, Turkey, Chicken, Ribs, Pulled Pork, Jalapeño Sausage and Beef Cheeks. Dirty Rice, Bon Bons, Empanadas, Banana Puddin', Greens and Beans. When I say everything was amazing, I mean "everything" was amazing. 10 out of 10 will be back! Amazing food, amazing environment, and some of the best staff out there. The owner is an incredible person and I'm glad to have had the opportunity to meet them. Go early before they sell out of your favorite item.

This place is literally the best BBQ spot you’ll EVER go to - there is NO doubt on that! Look at the pics/videos I’ve attached, if your mouth isn’t salivating you have no taste and need to see a doctor!!!! I travel the whole U.S. constantly and this is by FAR my favorite restaurant, the food is ALWAYS amazing!!! Saturday’s they have specials, they open at 11 - be there at 10 because they WILL sell out and there WILL be a line of VERY hungry customers to the parking lot! It is definitely worth the wait! 😮💨 Words can’t fathom the family vibe, amazing food, and excellent atmosphere! I always meet with my closest friends here and will do so for many years to come! Danny, I truly love this establishment you’ve built and love how you truly care about the food and your customers 🤘🏾🫶🏾 keep on rockin’ !!!!!!!! I’ll see you next week!!
